About the Subscription

How Does your Subscription plan work?

  1. SIGN UP - Sign up for our subscription and receive a Discovery Set of 6 fragrances X 5 ml each with FREE Shipping and Handling.
  2. Create lineup - After testing the fragrances, you can personalize your lineup by changing the default options in your account to the preference of fragrances you would like to receive
  3. Receive and flaunt - You'll then start receiving a 30ml fragrance of your choice every month, with free shipping. You will have the flexibility to skip, swap, gift or pause anytime.

For how long can I subscribe?

Our subscription plan is ongoing and does not end till you cancel. It is at the same time the most flexible subscription plan in the category. We offer a NO COST, NO COMMITMENT subscription plan. You can subscribe, test and decide to carry on with the subscription plan with the flexibility to pause, skip, gift or cancel anytime.

What if I do not wish to receive a fragrance out of the collection?

You can swap, skip or pause your subscription order through the "Manage My Subscription" page. We also have a great feature where you can just drag and drop to change the sequence of the products to receive your preferred fragrances first.

When will I receive my subscription order?

Your first subscription order of Travel size Discovery Set will be shipped immediately upon signing up. Fragrance Subscription orders ship every month on the date on which you had initially signed up for the subscription plan. Incase you wish to make any changes to your next order, please make sure to do it prior to your billing date.

 

Once your subscription order ships, allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Can make any changes to my subscription?

You can swap, skip or pause your subscription. You can also switch to a different suitable plan for you through the "Manage My Subscription" page. Changes are not possible once the order has been processed or within 7 days before the shipping date.

We also have a great feature where you can just drag and drop to make changes to any order in the upcoming orders lineup.

I need a break. Can I skip a month?

Yes, you surely can Skip an order that you don't wish to receive from the Skip icon on particular order in the upcoming orders lineup.

Once your order is processing, changes are not possible. Consider updating your queue for future shipments!

Too many fragrances?

You have an option to either Skip a month or Pause for the time you would like to take a break. Alternatively you can change the subscription plan. Instead of pausing your subscription, consider changing your subscription frequency.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can Cancel Anytime. Be sure to cancel your subscription prior to your scheduled billing date. Your billing date can be found in your account under "Manage Subscription". Your cancellation will come in effect once your last order or order in process will be delivered and we will ensure you aren't billed again for future orders.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Of course we hate to see you go, but you can cancel anytime before your monthly billing date by logging into your account and clicking on the small edit icon on the right top corner.

You are Welcome to be back anytime so you have the flexibility to come back and reactivate your subscription before the next billing date after cancelling it.

Can I just try the Discovery Set?

Yes, you can always buy our Discovery set from our store at the regular retail price incase you choose not to go with subscription plan and enjoy the savings that it offers. We are a month-to-month fragrance subscription box service, and you can cancel any time after trying the Discovery Set. You must stay on till the 2nd month before you can cancel.

Can I send a fragrance to someone else?

Yes, within your account, select the gifting option and input the recipient's name and address and we will send your subscription order to your loved one. This option comes at no extra cost and you can manage it yourself from your account.

Can I choose my fragrance each month?

When you login to your account you will see your DEFAULT fragrance line up if you have an active subscription. Click on "Swap" on the particular order in the line up and select the fragrance you would like to swap your current fragrance with. You can also change the line up as you wish by sliding them to a different month. Your current fragrance selection will be locked in 7 days before your monthly billing date.

What IF my product arrived damaged?

We would not love that!

Contact us at support@bodyandfragrance.com with photos of packaging and product, along with your order number. We'll promptly send you a replacement.

Are you selling niche/designer/brand perfumes?

No, all our fragrances are original scents. We create them closely following the fragrance notes of some of the top fragrances from across the globe. All names and references used are property of their respective owners and are only used for comparison purposes.


B&F is not associated in any way with any other fragrance brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are property of their respective owners and maintain compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.

Do they have the same quality as brand perfumes?

Our fragrance's ingredients are sourced from some of the top perfumeries world-wide to create aromas that you will fall in love with! We manufacture them managing utmost high standards in production and quality.

How are your fragrances so affordable?

Our fragrances are priced affordably by eliminating unnecessary packaging, advertising, and prestige pricing often associated with designer brands. We focus on delivering high-quality scents without the hefty price tag.

What is the concentration of your fragrances?

All our bottles contain Extrait de Parfum with a concentration of 20-40% aromatic compounds.

I think I might be allergic to some fragrances, what should I do?

Consult a medical professional before using a product if you are prone to allergic reactions. We cannot provide medical advice. Incase of any issue, please stop usage of product immediately and rinse with lot of water.

About Payment & Taxes

What type of Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Amazon Pay.

When is my Credit Card charged?

Your credit card will be initially charged for your first month when you place your subscription order. Going forward with your subscription plan, you will be charged each month exactly on the date on which you had signed up for the plan. You can view your monthly ship date within your account. Your B&F subscription will automatically renew each month and you can cancel anytime 7 days before your charge date.

About Shipping

How much is the shipping?

There would be a one time $15.99 handling and Shipping Charge ONLY on FREE Discovery Set when you Sign up for Subscription. We do not charge shipping on subscription orders.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and a link to track your order when your subscription or regular order ships. You can also Track orders from within your account.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to United States. We hope to add additional countries in the near future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments normally arrive within 7-10 business days from your monthly ship date. Orders outside your subscription will arrive in 5-10 business days from when the order is placed. If you have not received your order in the recommended time-frame please send an email to support@bodyandfragrance.com and we will be glad to help you.
